Every appliance is fitted and run in the factory, so what you inspect on delivery day is what was signed off — not a promise about a later trade visit.
BASE, STUDIO and the 1/2 BEDROOM range can take most of this list — but it is quoted item by item, and the gas and deck work has to be specified before the home is built rather than retrofitted through a finished wall afterwards. Your sales manager will price it against the tier you are actually looking at.
