Landscaping is what takes the block from finished-build to finished-yard: levelling and topsoil, turf or native planting, irrigation on a timer, and the paths that connect the new home to the old one. Usually quoted once the home is set down, when the builder can see exactly what the site needs.

Single or double, engineered and certified for your wind rating and colour-matched to the home's roof and trim. Worth pricing at the same time as the install — the footings go in far more cheaply while the excavator and the concrete are already on site.
